  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Absolutely! We ship to pet lovers around the globe, bringing joy to pets and their humans, wherever they may be!

  • Where do you ship from?

    At Furrevermates, we believe that love knows no borders—just like our shipping! We partner with trusted suppliers and manufacturers from all over the world to bring the best pet products straight to your doorstep. Whether it’s a cozy cat bed from Europe or a playful pup toy from Asia, we ensure that your order comes from the closest location available, so you and your furry friend can enjoy your goodies as soon as possible!

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We know you can’t wait to get your paws on your order, so we work quickly! If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, we can no longer adjust it, but don’t worry—your order can still be returned for a full refund once it arrives.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay and PayPal. Shopping with Furrevermates is as easy as a wag and a purr!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery time depends on where you live and our current order volume at Furrevermates. With high demand, most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we bring pawsome products right to your door!

  • What if I don’t receive my order?

    If your order doesn’t reach you within 30 days of shipping, don’t worry—you’re eligible for a full refund. We’ve got your back!

  • How do I return an item?

    We want you and your pets to be 100% satisfied! For returns, simply email us at support@furrevermates.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

    Our prices are listed tax-free, which means duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and you’ll be responsible for covering them. We’re not able to manage customs delays, but we’re always here to assist if you need more info!

  • What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

    Oh no! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to fix it. Please email us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any details. We’ll work our tails off to resolve the issue as quickly as possible! 

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request. If you haven’t seen your refund yet, we suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the credit to appear. We’re here if you have any questions!

  • When will my order be processed?

    We work like busy bees (or should we say, busy tails?)! Orders are processed and shipped out between Monday and Friday. It takes 1-3 business days for us to get everything ready, and they’ll be shipped the next day. Please note, we don’t ship on weekends—our team and furry friends need a little rest, too!
